General terms of use

Users undertake to use this website diligently and in accordance with the law, with this Legal Notice and, where applicable, with any other terms, rules and instructions that may apply. In particular, the following is prohibited:

Any user or third party wishing to establish a hyperlink from a website other than Tecnigral’s website must comply with the following conditions:

a) The use of frames or any other mechanism that allows Tecnigral’s website to be displayed through different addresses or together with third-party content shall not be permitted, where this may mislead or cause confusion as to the origin of the service or its content, or where it constitutes an act of unfair competition or undue exploitation of Tecnigral’s reputation.

b) No false, inaccurate or incorrect statements may be made about Tecnigral, its services, suppliers, employees or partners.

c) Tecnigral’s trade mark, name, logo or any other distinctive sign may not be used without express authorisation or outside the cases permitted by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed in its entirety by Spanish law. Users undertake to make proper use of the website in accordance with the law, with this Legal Notice and with any other terms, rules and instructions that may apply.

Should any conflict or discrepancy arise in the interpretation or application of this Legal Notice, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation. Where the services provided through the website are requested by a company or professional acting in the course of their business or commercial activity, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
