Cookies
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used, for example, to remember a preference, keep a session open or check that the visitor is a person. Alongside cookies there are other local browser storage technologies, and everything on this page applies to them too.
What this website stores in your browser
This website does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, nor any third-party cookies. That is why you will not see a consent banner: the only thing it can store in your browser is one first-party technical cookie, exempt from the prior-consent requirement (Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services). Being exempt does not relieve us of the duty to inform you about it: that is what this page is for.
The form’s technical cookie. It is set only on the demo request page and is needed for the form to work while protected against automated submissions. It is set by the web application firewall that protects the form, an Amazon Web Services service operated on behalf of Tecnigral. Its content is encrypted, it cannot identify you and it is not used for any other purpose.
The notice that, on arrival, offers to show you the website in your browser’s language stores nothing on your device: it disappears when you close it or when you pick a language in the selector, and on your next visit it is simply a fresh suggestion.
Arbomap’s presentation videos are served from our own servers, not from a third-party platform, so playing them does not set any cookie. If you prefer to watch them on our YouTube channel, the link takes you to that website, where Google’s terms and policies apply.
Beyond what is described here, this website does not store any other information in your browser, whether in cookies, local storage or any equivalent technology.
Cookieless audience measurement
To know how many visits the website receives, which pages they land on and where they come from, we use Plausible Analytics, a service provided by a company based in the European Union that sets no cookies, uses no identifiers and collects no personal data: it only aggregates page, referrer, country, device and browser data, without making it possible to identify anyone or to follow a person across websites. The data is processed and stored on servers in the European Union, is not shared with third parties or used for advertising or profiling, and the provider does not keep your IP address. For that reason, its use does not require your consent.
We also measure, in the same aggregated way, how many times the site’s main calls to action are clicked (request a demo, sign in and view the plan comparison) and how many demo requests are submitted.

How to manage or delete cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies and local storage from your browser’s settings. These are the instructions for the most common browsers:
Please note that blocking the technical cookie may prevent the demo request form from being submitted.
Changes to this policy
This policy describes exactly the cookies and technologies the website uses at any given time, and it is reviewed whenever its technical configuration changes. If in the future any tool that sets cookies not exempt from consent is added, this page will be updated and the site will ask for your prior consent through a banner that lets you accept, reject or configure them before they are set, and change your choice later on.
